Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
Rates are subject to availability and may change without notice until a reservation is confirmed. All room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes, fees, and any required hotel charges.
A valid government-issued photo ID and a valid credit/debit card are required at check-in. The name on the reservation must match the guest checking in. Payment may be required at check-in, and the hotel may authorize the card for room, tax, deposit, and incidental charges. Guests are responsible for all charges, damages, missing items, smoking fees, cleaning fees, and unpaid balances related to their stay.
Check-in time is based on hotel availability. Check-out time must be followed unless late check-out is approved by hotel management. Late check-out may result in additional charges.
Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in unless otherwise approved by management. Minors must be accompanied and supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult at all times.
NexStay Grand Hotel & Conference Center is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for guests with disabilities or special needs. Guests requiring accessible rooms or special assistance should contact the hotel before arrival so we can do our best to accommodate the request based on availability.
Parking is provided for registered guests and event attendees at their own risk. The hotel is not responsible for theft, damage, loss, or accidents involving vehicles or personal property left in vehicles.
Hotel event spaces may be reserved separately and are subject to availability, signed agreement, deposit/payment requirements, setup rules, cancellation terms, and hotel policies. Outside food, alcohol, decorations, vendors, and equipment may require prior written approval from hotel management.
Guests must follow all hotel rules, posted notices, safety requirements, and staff instructions. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a reservation, remove a guest, or contact law enforcement if there is disorderly conduct, illegal activity, safety concern, property damage, unpaid balance, or violation of hotel policy.
Any concerns or disputes should be reported to hotel management as soon as possible so the hotel has an opportunity to address the issue during the stay. Refunds, adjustments, or compensation are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case by management.
Guest personal information may be used for reservation processing, payment, identification, guest communication, safety, legal compliance, and hotel operations. The hotel does not sell guest information.
The hotel is not liable for injury, loss, theft, damage, delay, inconvenience, or failure to provide services caused by events outside the hotel’s reasonable control, including weather, power outages, natural disasters, government action, emergency situations, labor issues, supplier failures, or other force majeure events.
No third party has rights under these terms unless approved in writing by the hotel. Failure by the hotel to enforce any term does not waive the hotel’s right to enforce it later. If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
By making a reservation, checking in, or using hotel facilities, the guest agrees to these Terms & Conditions and all hotel policies.
